Belle Époque Shawl kit

Belle Époque Shawl kit

Wrap yourself up in this luxurious shawl for instant warmth and elegance. The body of the shawl features graceful rows of eyelets highlighting the top-down triangular construction. An edging of delicate lace looks lovely whether the shawl is worn traditionally around your shoulders or tossed casually around your neck.

This kit is for the smaller size shawl although the pattern includes instructions for a larger size. You could use two matching kits to make the larger size. Purple/teal sample shawl is in May Day gradient with Hathor’s Gem, and blue/grey sample shawl is a different yarn no longer available.

This is an advanced beginner crochet project. You should already know chain stitch and double crochet

Finished Dimensions: Width: 47”; Length: 21”

Kit includes one gradient cake of naturally dyed Sincere Sheep Cormo Fingering cormo wool yarn (500 yards), one partial ball (125 yards), and the Belle Époque Shawl pattern in both printed format and PDF download code. You can complete the shawl with only the gradient cake, or use the partial ball for a contrast edging. All items are packaged in a bag as shown, with the pattern folded to fit inside the bag.

These items are not included, but will be needed to complete the project: US H (5mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge, removable stitch marker, yarn needle, pins for blocking.
