Little Sparrow Shawl Kit

This delicate shawl drapes gracefully from the shoulders, with a pretty lace border radiating out from a simple textured yoke. The ¾-circle shape keeps it in place without the need for a pin. This is a deceptively simple design, with an intricate-looking result.

This is an intermediate knitting project. You should already know how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off.

Finished Dimensions: Width at widest point: 38"; Length: 19"

Kit includes two skeins (total 1040 yards) of Teresa Ruch 5/2 Tencel hand-dyed yarn and the Little Sparrow Shawl pattern in both printed format and PDF download code. All items are packaged in a bag as shown, with the pattern folded to fit inside the bag. Sample shawl was knit in the Eggplant colorway.

These items are not included, but will be needed to complete the project: US 3 (3.25mm) 36″ or longer circular needles or size needed to obtain gauge, yarn needle, pins for blocking.
